We're looking for a

proven operator and leader

-- someone who can run the show, grow the team, and drive performance with military-grade execution.

What You'll Do

Lead all day-to-day operations for the division, including sales, production, and field crews. Manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs with full accountability for profitability and growth. Recruit, train, and motivate sales reps, foremen, and crew leaders to hit targets. Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and community partners. Streamline systems for estimating, scheduling, job costing, and reporting. Drive safety, compliance, and quality control across every project. Report directly to company ownership -- autonomy with support.

What You Bring

5 + years in management, preferably in roofing, construction, restoration, or related industries. Proven ability to

lead both field and office teams

toward measurable results. Strong financial acumen -- confident reading P&Ls, managing budgets, and scaling operations. Track record of

sales growth

and customer retention. Disciplined leadership style -- clear expectations, follow-through, and accountability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM or project-management tools (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, BuilderTrend, etc.).

Bonus:

prior military or franchise-style management background.
