Citadel Access is expanding into the Denver Colorado area and we are searching for our New General Manager.
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the location's day-to-day operations; the person is the 'sunrise and sunset' for the entire business. The individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same. (In addition to full P&L ownership).
Responsibilities:
Full P&L ownership
Driving organic growth through hiring, training, motivating, and retaining great team members.
Build a culture of engaged individuals who strive to succeed as a team.
Build a market leading brand through a strategic focus on customer experience, reviews, and community engagement.
Implement financial reporting, software systems, and data.
Continue to manage to a highly profitable level at the brand.
Regularly communicate and collaborate with the Citadel executive leadership team and at partner brands.
You will hold the Basic Qualifications:
1-3 years of P&L Management
1-3 years of Sales & Marketing Management
1-3 years of Transformation/Change Management leadership experience and/or project leadership
10+ years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Commercial / Residential Overhead Door Services management

What You'll Get:
