ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides leadership and guidance to all front and back of the house operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and satisfaction through a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude"
• Manage shifts which includes: daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while ensuring consistency in the delivery of high quality food and service
• Motivates employees and utilizes leadership skills through ongoing training, development, and follow up
• Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations
• Oversee all financial and personnel related administrative duties, and ensuring all is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3+ years\' General Management experience in a full service, high volume restaurant establishment
• Extensive front and back of the house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
