Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join a concrete finishing team in the Moss Point, MS area. This position supports concrete finishing crews on residential and commercial projects and is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn the trade.
Responsibilities:
Assist concrete finishers with daily job site tasks Prepare and clean work areas, tools, and equipment Help with pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete Carry materials such as forms, rebar, and tools Perform basic concrete tasks such as edging, jointing, and surface prep (as trained) Follow safety procedures and job site rules Load and unload trucks and materials Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements
Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Dependable transportation to job sites Willingness to learn and take directions Strong work ethic and punctuality Previous construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience in concrete finishing or construction Familiarity with hand and power tools OSHA 10 certification Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
