This position is located in Erhard, MN. Relocation or Commute required


We are looking for Heavy Equipment general laborers-pay range $45,000.00 - $50,000.00


PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:


Outdoor general laborer position, requiring the ability to follow demonstrated direction.


This position provides a variety of duties such as loading supplies, digging holes,

cable handling, locating and spotting existing utilities, providing ground restoration and general clean up.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Load and unload supplies

2.) Hand dig holes and trenches

3.) Feed cable in chute during plow procedure

4.) Locate and spot existing utilities

5.) Set utility peds and hand holes

6.) Assist operator digging around utilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.) Out of town travel as required

2.) Ability to work in adverse weather conditions

3.) Ability to lift 50 lbs.

4.) Ability to kneel, squat, bend and twist as needed

5.) Must have a current valid drivers license

6.) Perform other duties as assigned

MACHINE/TOOLS USED:

Various hand/power tools, Shovel, Rake, Air Compressor

TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS:

New Hire on the job training for up to 2 weeks or as needed with an experienced employee

Daily instructions and directions from the company's foreman and equipment operators

Vehicle operation instructions (when required)

Knowledge of company's policies and procedures

Participate in weekly toolbox meeting
