Job Description

Laborer :

Provide demolition labor, site clean up, load/unload materials weighing 50 lbs+ Remove belongings from vacated rental units, organize and store abandoned belongings appropriately Maintain exterior apartment complex cleanliness - pick up trash, leaves, etc. Assist with site work - painting, drywall repairs, etc. as needed Occasionally drive a company vehicle, depending on site location

Requirements:

Ability to read, understand and perform work orders in a general manner or as required Ability to communicate effectively with others and work together as a team Ability to handle physical workload of lifting up to 50 pounds or more frequently, or any combination of extended periods at a time without physical discomfort Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Construction experience is preferred, but not required

Part Time working hours are flexible within normal business operating hours Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week

Experience:

Residential painting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
