We're looking for a reliable
General Laborer
to join our team on first shift. This position supports shop operations by assisting welders, fitters, and operators with material handling, cleanup, and basic tasks to keep production running smoothly.Responsibilities:
Assist welders, fitters, and operators as needed Load, unload, and move materials and parts Grind, clean, and prep materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety rules and procedures Perform other shop duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous shop or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow directions Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening hours
Schedule & Opportunities:
Full-time first shift: Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm Overtime opportunities may be available Opportunity for advancement with good performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
