Duties

Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Carry out general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and tools properly Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work site Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision Assist with loading and unloading supplies and materials for daily use Help with minor repairs or adjustments on-site as directed by supervisors

Requirements

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are critical Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites Valid driver's license is required Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments

Pay: $22.00 - $28.34 per hour
