Position Summary

ABM Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Construction Coordinator II to support construction coordination efforts at the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor Plant. This junior-mid level role assists in managing construction scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with Samsung's standards and ABM's operational protocols.


Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating general construction activities across trades and subcontractors. Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource planning. Monitor site logistics, safety procedures, and access control measures. Review construction documents, RFIs, and submittals under supervision. Help resolve field-level issues and communicate concerns to senior coordinators. Participate in commissioning support, punch list tracking, and system turnover. Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field. 3-5 years of experience in general construction coordination, preferably in industrial or high-tech environments. Basic understanding of construction systems, cleanroom protocols, and project workflows. Familiarity with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management tools. OSHA 10 certification preferred.
