Job Description

Location: Scranton and Harrisburg., PA

Position Type: 6 \xe2\x80\x93 12 month contract

Position Terms: 100% remote but must agree to work 8am-5pm EST,

Candidate must be on EST time \xe2\x80\x93 Prefer local or surrounding States EST

This position will lead the migrations of these servers and the applications that reside on them to the cloud. This includes planning, designing and executing the cloud migration. This position will interact with stakeholders including application developers and managers, infrastructure support teams, application architects, program area staff and IT executives.

Will lead the creation of a strategy/road map for migrating servers to the cloud
Will plan and execute the migration to the cloud
Will work with cloud vendors to assess and use best practices to migrate
Will work with team members to appropriately budget for and financially manage cloud environments
Will evaluate and lead DR solutions where requested
Will be responsible for training the team in preparation for operating and maintaining the cloud environment

SKILLS:
Must have at least 10 years experience designing, developing and executing cloud migration strategies Required 10

Must have at least 10 years experience leading cloud migration efforts

Must have at least 2 years experience training team members on cloud services
