Job description
Best Life Residential provides emotional, physical and behavioral support for disabled adults in their home setting, and we are looking for reliable, caring, attentive staff to support and engage with our wonderful individuals. No experience or CNA certification required. We are actively hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions, full-time and part-time!
Job Overview:
Assist with individual's daily needs including, but not limited to:
Following individual's care plan and documenting behaviors
Providing direct personal cares such as feeding, bathing and giving medication
Helping with walking, exercise and movement, sometimes with the use of equipment
Providing a variety of activities at home and in the community to keep the individual engaged and active
Light housekeeping
Other activities based on individual's needs and abilities
Job Highlights:
$17-$20 per hour
Mileage reimbursement provided for transporting individuals on outings. Specific homes/positions may require driving personal vehicles to transport Individuals in the community. This will be discussed during the interview process.
Part-time and full-time hours available
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available during the week
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available on weekends
No caregiving experience or CNA certification required; full on-the-job training provided
All positions located in Madison, WI
