Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated
Maintenance Technicians

Professional Expectations
Interact respectfully with residents, coworkers, and vendors
Maintain professionalism and handle conflicts appropriately
Keep supervisors informed on task progress and special requirements
Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform
Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
Complete tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and safely
Follow facility policies and promptly report incidents
Administrative Responsibilities
Adhere to procedures outlined in the Employee Policy Manual and House Rules
Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
Accurately document tasks in Daily Maintenance Job Lists, logs, and other assigned records
Key Duties & Skills
Perform general maintenance and cleaning using appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., vacuum, floor buffer)
Apply basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting, masonry, and mechanical repairs
Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized work areas during and after tasks
