Veteran's ProviderAOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring a Part-Time Activity Assistant at Washington Square Nursing and Rehab, located at 202 Washington Street NW, Warren, Ohio.
We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Activity Assistant to welcome our ever-growing team!
Our mission is to provide a patient-centered care environment, that promotes a positive team environment, with honesty, dignity, and respect. And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.
Activity Assistant Qualifications:
Dependable, hard-working, good communication skills and outgoing. Documenting resident activity participation. Maintains attendance records for resident activities, on a daily basis. Assists in transporting residents to and from doctor appointments via facility van. Facilitate group and 1:1 activity programs per Activity Calendar.
Activity Assistant Requirements:
Valid Ohio state license Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption High School Diploma/GED Flexible schedule (20-25 hours per week), available on weekends and evenings. Computer Knowledge
