Job Description

We are looking for an individual that has a passion for working with children. An individual that is energetic, responsible and personable. We are looking for someone that is able to meet the needs of the children! Assisting the Lead Teacher with class duties: diaper changes, cleaning, feedings, interacting with infants, toddlers and more. Supervise students and model positive and respectful behavior Helping students gain independence through learning Communicating with parents and director of center Must follow center and DHS policies and regulations Model effective interaction with children, families, and colleagues Complete additional duties as assigned in a timely matter Ability to model best practices Strong organization and attention to details Able to clear all required background checks must complete 24 hours of DHS approved professional development hours per year must complete first aid CPR within 90 days of being hired
Job Type: Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 but has to be flexible to work any hours between 7:00-5:30 as the schedule can change daily. 40 hours per week

Reliable transportation is a must
