Located within the historic Frederick MD, the Pop Shop offers a fun and nostalgic experience featuring a wide selection of craft sodas, floats, and other sweet treats. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests of all ages and providing exceptional service that reflects the lively and community-oriented spirit of Downtown

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Prepare sodas, floats, and other menu items according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and workspace Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the day Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred Availability to work days, weekends and evenings
