Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times Provide our guests with exceptional hospitality through eye contact, a friendly smile, and an enthusiastic tone Always be looking for opportunities to serve guests Ensuring order accuracy in order taking and fulfillment Working with speed and efficiency to serve our guests and be a good steward of your time Maintaining a clean work environment for the safety of your fellow team members and our guests Demonstrating a positive attitude and spirit of teamwork Being a person of integrity by being timely and reliable in showing up for scheduled shifts prepared to serve our guests and your team members Demonstrating care for our guests and your fellow team members Have a competitive spirit and be motivated by continued growth and team success

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation Able to lift 25lbs Work well in a fast-paced environment Be able to work outdoors serving our guests Honor all policies in the Team Member Handbook Maintain enough availability to be scheduled at least 32 hours per week


Chick-fil-A Norton Shores is a locally owned and operated restaurant that is proud to be serving Muskegon County and the surrounding residents with great food and a caring environment. Chick-fil-A has a long history of serving communities across the country starting with its founder, S. Truett Cathy. In 1964 Truett created the original chicken sandwich at his restaurant, the Dwarf Grill, in Atlanta, Georgia. It all started with a boneless breast of chicken. Hand-breaded, perfectly seasoned. Pressure-cooked. Served on a toasted, buttered bun with two pickles. We still make the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich the same way - and we still believe in serving great-tasting food, made with the freshest ingredients and delivered with a warm smile.
