Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse Responsibilities:

Assess and re-evaluate client conditions and care needs Deliver patient care according to individualized care plans Educate clients and their families on ongoing care and support Communicate regularly with RN Case Managers, Supervisors, and the Care Team

Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse Qualifications:

Active RN license in the State of Minnesota Skilled in delivering nursing care to a wide range of medical conditions Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
