We are seeking a dedicated and talented Full-Time Cosmetologist to join our dynamic salon team. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions Utilize salon software systems like VAGARO for appointment scheduling and client management Manage retail sales through upselling products such as hair care items and accessories Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations Assist with front desk duties including client check-in/out and appointment confirmations Mentor junior staff members and contribute to team training efforts Manage store operations effectively, including inventory control and merchandising Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling, color theory, and sanitation practices Knowledge of retail math and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Experience with hair extensions, makeup application, and or any specialized training is highly desirable Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members Ability to work full-time hours including weekends if needed; flexibility is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Store management experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Base Pay: $23.98 - $28.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
