We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as FULL TIME CLEANING TECHS. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of private homes, short term rentals, and businesses. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning products. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning procedures. Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is a plus but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
