We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor for an immediate full-time position at our Hackettstown location.
The Call Center Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the healthcare facility's call center, ensuring that patient calls, appointment scheduling, and inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations. This role is responsible for supervising call center representatives, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The supervisor ensures efficient workflows, resolves escalated issues, and fosters a positive and professional team environment focused on delivering an excellent patient experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage daily operations across the ImageCare Scheduling Call Center
Ensure Call Center KPIs/SLAs are consistently met
Oversee frontline staff while promoting a healthy working environment with accountability, integrity, and high performance.
Partner with Front Desk Manager, Regional Directors, and Site Leads to deliver performance updates, resolve issues, and align with processes and operational requirements.
Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational performance and workforce trends; develop actionable recommendations to optimize results.
Enforce compliance to HIPAA, Data Privacy, Fraud and other U.S. healthcare regulations.
Drive workforce planning, scheduling, and employee engagement strategies to strengthen retention, improve efficiency, and productivity.
Foster a culture of motivation, conflict management, and continuous process improvement
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
