In This Role You Will:

• Empower yourself with kind, fearless mindset to build creative features.
• Design and develop foundational services to enable EQUITASers and client partners.
• Work with other full stack engineers so you will be constantly learning and sharpening your skillset.
• Collaborate with Attending Engineer to guarantee final product with efficiency and quality.
• Engage with other EQUITASers through cultural embodiments.

What We Are Looking For:

• Ability to identify themes over things and solve complicated problem with elegant solutions.
• Professionalism of web development using NodeJS with a variety of workflows, tools, and applications. It is a plus knowing functional programming and familiarity with frameworks such as Express, React, Vue.
• Independent, proactive, and able to deliver production-ready code.
• Empathy for users and the ability to train and mentor other developers.
• Curious to learn new technologies and flexible to confront a variety of challenges.
• Understanding agile development and test-driven development.
• Willing to receive and analyze feedback, able to distill and communicate complex concepts cross-functionally.
