We are looking for a proactive Office Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper to become a key member of our management team.
Experience Desired
Advacned Quickbooks Online
Advanced MS Excell and Word
Advanced Human Resource Management
A/R and A/P experience
NC Sales and Use Tax reporting and filling
Full Charge Bookkeeper experience a plus

Work independently with minimal supervision
Interpret and synthesis information and reporting
Maintain professional correspondence with clients and vendors
Understanding of ADP Payroll processing
Responsibilities and Duties
Keep timely and accurate records to maintain tax and legal compliance
Process all new hires (NC DHHS, ADP ect..)
Process bi-weekly payroll
All functions of A/R and A/P
Manage vehicle maintenance logs
Monthly Bank reconciliations
