About the Role:


TodayTix Group is looking for organized and detail-oriented theatre lovers to join our team of Fulfillment Specialists in NYC. Reporting to the Senior Operations Associate, Fulfillment Specialists will use our inventory management system to confirm and verify purchase details and fulfill physical and digital tickets.


Please note:
this is a hybrid, part-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area and have the ability to work 1 shift in-person (in our Midtown office) per week.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
Typical shifts are 5-8 hours and fall between 10am - 9pm
The rate of pay starts at $15 per hour with the potential to increase to $17 per hour after 6 months of employment.

What You\'ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary inventory management system to confirm and verify purchase details, fulfill physical and digital tickets, and flag any issues to upper management
  • Sort physical ticket inventory
  • Other ad hoc ticket-related tasks such as e-ticket purchasing and fulfillment
  • Use an Apple iMac and programs such as Slack, Google Chrome, Google Suite and Preview

We\'re Looking for Someone With:

  • Organization skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortability using technology, specifically Apple computers and Google Suite
  • A great team player attitude
  • Open/flexible availability (including holidays and weekends)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data entry experience a plus
  • Previous box office, ticketing, or theater administration experience a plus
