Gardenheir is located in Windham, NY and looking for Fulfillment Associates (both full and part time) to join our growing Catskills based team. Successful candidates will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory, as well as packing and shipping orders. You should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, a strong work ethic and a winning personality. • Receive and process customer orders.
• Pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure orders are shipped with the correct items and quantities.
• Manage returns and exchanges of products.
• Communicate with customers on an as needed basis regarding order status, shipping information, and other inquiries.
• Must be comfortable lifting 40 pounds and some physical labor.
