IKRUSHER is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support our Hercules, CA facility in day-to-day operations on a part-time basis (up to 30 hours/week).
Requirements:
- Experience working with inventory is a plus.
- Associate\'s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office programs.
Responsibilities:
- Front office duties include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering phones, assisting the branch manager with back-end finances, maintaining showroom and displays, and inventory logistics.
- Helping maintain a professional environment in the office.
- Assisting with inventory logistics accurately for the Sales Team.
- Build sample orders for Sales Team as needed.
- Tracking, examining, and updating incoming inventory as needed.
- Organization and management of inventory including physical counts on a weekly basis.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Local errands (drop-offs if needed at the post office, supply runs, etc. [paid gas]).
- Abide by all company safety policies.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Part-time hourly.
- Sick pay begins to be earned from the date of hire and is eligible for 48 hours (6 sick days) per year.
- Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
