Overview:

This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation. Duties include providing leadership and direction to store employees, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience and performing operational activities throughout the store.

Schedule:A combination of Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, and Weekends. Some Holiday's required.

Responsibilities:

It is essential that you be available, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements. This position is required to perform a combination of the following duties during their day:

As a Keyholder you are responsible for assisting Store Management in store operations including: driving sales and profit, customer loyalty, planning, prioritization, and delegating of daily tasks. Supervise and manage daily store operations in Store Manager or Assistant Manager's absence. Perform Opening/Closing procedures. Transport and make deposits to the bank. Resolve customer complaints/issues and ensure the customer has a positive experience. Lead freight movement and inventory control. Train employees on the appropriate application of policies and procedures. Operate cash register/computer Adhere to loss prevention standards and respond to any alarm calls as needed. Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Open availability Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 40 pounds, throughout the store. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict. Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic. Have sharp organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be willing to complete a background check upon being selected.

Pay: $16.50 per hour
