This position is remote/work from home .We will supply your computer and all necessary hardware. To be considered you must have existing high-speed internet connectivity in your residence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Leisure Travel Advisors with creating, managing, and completing travel arrangements for varying clientele within our standards and protocols
  • Performing clerical duties as assigned, which include but are not limited to client-based invoicing and contacting vendors with requests, payments, and general information
  • Conducting general research, building itineraries in Pocket Travel Consultant (Axus), and maintaining databases
  • Working with Leisure Travel Advisors to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Providing support and customer service with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
  • Creating correspondence, forms, and other documentation in Microsoft Office

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Leisure Travel industry with proficiency in using systems and tools
  • Exceptional communication and mathematical skills, meticulous attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of best practices within the travel industry

  • Ability to learn quickly and exceed client expectations
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients. Ability to meet customer needs on a global scale
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines. Strong sense of urgency as well as ability to adapt to change as needed
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
