Description Front Office Representative - Edmonds Perform the following tasks for a practice site as required to support the practice site operations: answering phones, responding to questions and inquiries, greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, obtaining account information, maintaining patient electronic medical records, documenting in electronic patient record, reviewing and processing referrals, collecting copays, process medical records requests, Epic work queues, Epic in baskets, patient reminder calls, order interpreters, maintain prescription pick up log, use advanced knowledge of insurance plans to determine appropriate scheduling, must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
