We're seeking a reliable, organized, and personable
Front Office & Operations Coordinator
to help keep our two Bend office locations running smoothly. This in-person role ensures a professional, welcoming environment while supporting marketing, listing, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, answer phones, and manage daily front desk operations
Keep offices clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
Create marketing materials and property flyers using Canva
Support listing data entry, signage coordination, and open house scheduling
Manage mail, vendors, and office supply orders
Assist with company meetings and events
Qualifications
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Proficient in
Canva
and
Microsoft Office
Prior office administration or real estate experience preferred
Must be
on-site daily
(not a remote position)
