Summary
Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Front Office Team as a Night Audit/Overnight Host! The Front Office Night Audit/Overnight Host will support \xe2\x80\x9cA Seattle Collection\xe2\x80\x9d, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle. The Night Audit/Overnight Host is responsible for the preparation of all night audit procedures and reports. They will balance the day\xe2\x80\x99s work, identify and correct errors and complete detailed work accurately. As an Night Audit/Overnight Host, this person will greet guests, handle check-ins, checkouts and guest requests on the third shift in a friendly, attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Our Night Audit/Overnight Host must be able to work productively and effectively in a self-managed environment as well as performing other duties as assigned. The starting hourly rate for this position is $25.00. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years, which is $25.50. Depending on experience, a candidate for this position may also be eligible to be hired as a lead at a \xe2\x80\x9clead rate\xe2\x80\x9d of $26.00. For lead colleagues who remain in the position for four years, they are offered a rate of $26.52. An additional $2.00/hr will be earned for shifts worked that are designated as "overnight" shifts. This position has the potential to earn additional compensation through:

Qualifications

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability \xe2\x80\x93 ability to work overnight, weekends and holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Great and thorough attention to detail
- Ability to stand long periods of time
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Candidates must be able to work independently and are resourceful, especially in overnight setting
