Job Description

Part-time front office team member needed to be the first point of contact for clients in a busy, customer-focused insurance agency, handling phones, walk-ins, and daily office support.?

Part-time front office position in an insurance agency, serving as the primary contact for clients by phone and in person.? Ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.? Typical schedule: [15-20 hours per week].

Key responsibilities



Answer incoming calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate agent or department and greet visitors.? Process basic service requests such as taking payments, providing receipts, and checking on billing questions for Insurance policies (training provided).? Open, sort, and distribute mail; scan and file documents into client records and agency management systems.? Monitor and respond to general agency emails, and support simple follow-ups with clients as directed.?

Qualifications



Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience in an office setting preferred; insurance office experience is a plus but not required.? Strong phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and comfortable using computers, email, and office software.? Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and team members.? Willingness to learn the basics of P&C insurance terminology and agency procedures; interest in obtaining a P&C license is a plus.?
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
