Summary



As an Office Administrator, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Owner. Your primary responsibilities will include managing clerical tasks, providing customer service, and ensuring efficient office organization. With core skills in computer literacy and administrative support, you will utilize tools like QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office to assist in various tasks. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining records and managing schedules. Must have experience in Desktop Quick Books, AP, AR, payroll, various tax reporting, bank reconciliation, and in general typical office procedures.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support by managing phone calls and customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately. Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and conduct office management tasks. Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Assist in customer service efforts, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Support the team with clerical duties and maintain a professional office environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
