We are a premier plastic surgery practice located in the heart of Beverly Hills, seeking a professional and personable Front Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing daily administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Handle incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor. Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation to ensure easy access to information. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Provide personal assistant support to senior management as needed. Assist with time management by prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively. Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity. Greet and check in patients in a warm, welcoming manner Process payments and assist with basic accounting, including daily reconciliation and invoicing Coordinate with clinical and surgical teams to ensure smooth patient flow Provide administrative support as needed Paying practice invoices from surgery center and office vendors.

Requirements



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software applications. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar capacity is desirable. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
