Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.

Experience

Previous experience in table service restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering is highly valued. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities or food handling practices is a plus. A background in the food industry or hospitality will enhance your candidacy.
