We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy Front Desk Clerk to provide attentive, personalized service to our hotel guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel services are provided in a professional manner by checking in and out guests, verifying their information and responding to any requests they may have. You will also assist the night auditor with auditing the inventory, verifying and recording payments and helping the nightly shift manager with any additional tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, strong customer service skills and be capable of working under pressure in a busy environment. Responsibilities:
  • Answer guest questions regarding hotel services and amenities.
  • Issue keys for guest rooms, pool cabanas, etc.
  • Answer inquiries about charges to guests\' rooms.
  • Gather information from guests for billing purposes.
  • Provide information to the cleaning staff.
  • Monitor and coordinate security staff.
  • Operate hotel recording system.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:
