Duties and Responsibilities:



Provide doctors, staff, and leadership team with single contact regarding the day-to-day operations of assigned office(s). Responsible for leading and managing the oral and facial surgery office while frequently working in the front office with staff. Ability to balance working in the clinic front office while managing the team's and site needs. Is instrumental in carrying out the health system's mission, values, goals, budget, and performance standards for the office based upon corporate direction and communication to staff. Utilizes knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems. Consistently enforces all site policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines. Uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising. Works effectively with physicians, staff patients, families, public and external agencies. Uses skills in gathering and interpreting data in the office setting. Conforms with and abides by all laws, regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs. Occasional travel locally and semi-locally for errands and marketing efforts (less than 15% of the time).

Strong leadership skills. Must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise. Excellent organizational skills. Must maintain professionalism at all times. Must maintain training/ continuing education requirements. Ability to function in fast paced and/ or stressful work environment. Must adhere to company policies and procedures and safety guidelines. Dental office experience preferred. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels in the organization. Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees. Reliable Transportation. Ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Education and Experience:



High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous front office experience, preferably in medical Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
