Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Desk Lead/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional guest service abilities, and a thorough understanding of hotel management processes. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless guest experience, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and managing front desk staff efficiently. The Front Desk lead/supervisor will serve as the face of our hotel, fostering guest relations and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette Oversee reservation processes, room assignments, and guest billing to ensure accuracy and efficiency Lead and train front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest services and uphold hotel standards Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing personalized service and support in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual skills preferred) Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure smooth operations Monitor front desk supplies and equipment, including multi-line phone systems, to ensure functionality Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and guest privacy

Qualifications



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred) Knowledge of hotel management software(Opera PMS) and multi-line phone systems Ability to manage night audit functions and handle administrative tasks efficiently Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively Experience working in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable Professional appearance with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
