Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic
Front Desk Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and provide astonishing customer service.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling.
Maintain client records and assist with administrative tasks.
Educate clients on services, programs, and memberships.
Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage product inventory as needed.
Support the team in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
