Venturis Regenerative Medicine is seeking a dependable, high-energy Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients.
This role is critical to patient experience, lead follow-up, and daily clinic organization. We are looking for someone professional, organized, and proactive who can manage calls, track leads, and keep the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule appointments and confirm visits
Track new patient leads and follow up consistently (calls, texts, emails)
Organize patient inquiries and ensure no lead is missed
Maintain front desk cleanliness and clinic organization
Order and track office and medical supplies
Assist with basic administrative tasks and patient check-in/check-out
Communicate effectively with the doctor and clinical team
Light weekend follow-up communication as needed (paid as part of 40 hours)
Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Clinic is typically Monday-Thursday
Fridays are usually off; however, employee is expected to:
Monitor messages
Follow up on leads
Assist with light administrative follow-ups as needed over the weekend(This is not full-time weekend work, but availability and responsiveness are expected.)
Qualifications
Previous medical front desk or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable following up with patients and leads
Basic computer skills (EMR, scheduling software, texting platforms)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Sales or patient coordination experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
