Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred, but
