Front Desk Receptionist

This role (

8-16 hours/week

) is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with others and takes pride in supporting a healthy, goal-driven lifestyle.

Weekend availability is a must (Sat & Sun, 10am-2pm)

, with some weekday evening shifts (4pm-8pm).

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in customer service, administrative support, or fitness -- people who notice the little things, love helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet members with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their fitness journey. Assist with phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing stellar customer service. Manage memberships and trainer schedules using our software. Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement. Ensure our gym is welcoming and tidy, performing light facility upkeep (we have a dedicated cleaner). Document and communicate notable occurrences to the team.

What You'll Bring:

A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. Organizational skills to keep things running smoothly. Basic computer skills (we'll teach you the rest!). Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
