Help Me Grow Pediatric Rehab Services
is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our clinic.
This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and insurance processes. Medical office experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and foundational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients and families in a warm, professional manner
Schedule and manage appointments in accordance with office policies
Complete intake and registration paperwork for new patients
Assist families with forms, questions, and general clinic questions
Collect co-payments and verify insurance information
Obtain Insurance Authorizations
Follow up on insurance denials
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
Develop a working knowledge of the services provided by our clinical team
Scan, fax, file, and maintain patient records within the EMR system
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff
Escalate questions or concerns to appropriate team members when needed
Maintain regular, reliable attendance
Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations

Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or medical office role required
Minimum of 2 years' experience using an EMR system
Working knowledge of insurance and co-payment processes required
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Previous office management or personal assistant experience is a plus
