Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Process reservations and cancellations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining front desk supplies and records.

Requirements

Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest services is a must.
