Job Description


The Harbor Hotel is a 118-room hotel on the outskirts of Provincetown that offers spectacular harbor views. We are looking to hire friendly, reliable and smiling guest service associates for the 2023 season. These individuals will strive to make our guests feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting arrivals, making reservations, checking out departing guests, offering information about the area. Candidates will be expected to offer exceptional service and provide memorable experiences for our guests. No experience needed. Training and possible housing available for the right person.   • Provide excellent guest service during every interaction
  • Provide a friendly, helpful and warm greeting to arriving guests
  • Monitor daily bookings, process reservations and assign rooms to arriving guests
  • Promptly address guests\xe2\x80\x99 requests
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints
  • Complete daily checklist of assigned duties
  • Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
  • Provide accurate local information (dining, attractions, directions, etc.)
Skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
