About HigherDOSE: Founded in 2015. HigherDOSE is a rapidly growing, premium wellness/beauty brand offering differentiated spa experiences. Combining the benefits of infrared healing light therapy, our HigherDOSE infrared Saunas, signature Sauna Blankets, Infrared PEMF Mats and Red Light Face Masks leave our clients feeling euphoric and rejuvenated- truly glowing from the inside out. We are looking for Front Desk Team Members to serve as our clients first point of contact. Front desk hosts are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients visiting our spa. They perform a variety of tasks, such a checking in clients, educating them on our sauna sessions, servicing the needs of each facility, and help us deliver a world-class customer experience as well as ensuring we uphold our brand standards. This a dynamic role with many moving pieces and requires adaptability. People that enjoy working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where they have ownership of their work will enjoy working as a Front Desk Host at HigherDOSE. Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, managing spa appointments
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone appointments
• Inform customers about sauna & spa packages
• Preparing & cleaning sauna rooms
• Knowledgeable of all HigherDOSE offerings.
• Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Work with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-amenitized to accommodate our clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs
• Upsell packages, products and services.

Skills

• Strong problem solving abilities and \xe2\x80\x9dcan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
• Energetic, enthusiastic, team player, compassionate, approachable, knowledgeable

• Experience with MindBody Online preferred
• Basic computer skills & basic payment processing skills (credit authorization over the phone and in person)

• Strong attention to detail and comply with company policies; during client appointments, client booking requests, explaining/enforcing payment and cancellation policies to clients

• .Cleaning is required for this role to maintain the saunas, bathrooms, restocking toiletries, towels etc.
