About Us
McCaffrey Health Center is a high-energy, patient-first holistic practice serving the Springfield community. We blend chiropractic care, enzyme therapy, and integrative testing in a fast-paced clinical setting. We're looking for a warm, detail-driven Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice and the hub of daily operations.
The Role
You'll own the front-of-house experience--greeting patients, orchestrating schedules, keeping the phones humming. You'll be the calm in the storm, the voice on the phone, and the coordinator who keeps patients, providers, and records all moving in sync.
What You'll Do
Patient Experience & Check-In/Out
Greet patients, verify demographics, collect forms, process payments, and schedule follow-ups with accuracy and care.
Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and a reassuring, service-oriented presence.
Scheduling & Phones
Manage a multi-provider, high-volume schedule; optimize appointment flow and handle confirmations, reminders, and waitlists.
Answer multi-line phones, triage needs, and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and diplomatically.
Records & Compliance
Update EHR/EMR accurately; scan/upload documents; maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
Follow SOPs for documentation, privacy, and safety; flag issues and propose improvements.
Team Communication
Serve as the communication bridge between patients and provider; capture messages and follow through.

Organized, punctual, and proud of clean work--scheduling, notes, payments, and follow-ups.
Tech Comfort:
Proficient with office software; experience in any
EHR/EMR
is a plus.
Experience:
1-2 years in a medical, dental, chiropractic, or wellness front desk role preferred (will train the right fit).
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with holistic/functional care, lab coordination, or high-volume patient flow.
