Looking for individual who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and providing exceptional customer service who has a flair for social media and love for engaging with an online community. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a spa, salon, or luxury setting strongly desired. Tec-savvy with knowledge of social media trends and scheduling tools. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer phone, schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries (phone and email)
Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the spa remains an inviting and organized space.
Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TIK TOK
Capture behind the scenes moments before and after transformations and client testimonials (with consent)
Engage with followers, respond to comments and grow our online presence.
Collaborate with our team to promote special offers and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
