Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset. Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and any issues are addressed swiftly. Balance accounts and prepare reports for management review. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards in all interactions with guests and team members. Assist in managing guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Support other front desk activities as needed during busy periods or staff absences to ensure seamless service delivery.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that delights guests. Multilingual abilities are a plus; bilingual candidates will have an advantage in communicating with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally. Ability to stay organized under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude throughout your shift.
