Job Description
POSITION: Front Desk Clerk REPORTS TO: Guest Services Lead LOCATION: Grand Aleutian Hotel - Dutch Harbor CONTRACT: Full Time Non-Exempt HOUSING: Dormitory ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Greet and register hotel guests.
- Check out hotel guests.
- Direct telephone calls and take messages, as necessary.
- Post charges.
- Take room reservations.
- Deliver superior customer service to guests.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years front desk or related experience.
- Computer skills preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills.
