Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
This position involves the following requirements:
Excellent Customer Service
Team Player
Strong Verbal and communication Skills
Must be wiling to Cross train in other departments
Assisting in the check-in and check-out procedures
Answering phones
Assisting with booking reservations or assisting guests
Processing payment for hotel guests
Assisting and directing hotel guests in person and via phone
Greeting hotel guests in a warm, friendly. and professional tone
Good driving record
Valid Drivers License
Candidates have:
Prior hotel front desk experience (preferred)
English language proficiency - Spanish a plus
Skills:
Computer proficiency, professional phone etiquette
Must work well in a team setting, have the ability to work at a fast pace, have a strong work ethic and dependability
Knowledge of hotel front desk procedures and processes
Must possess a positive demeanor to suitably work in guest services

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
